What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. Customized branded boxes are available with proper authorization.
What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packages before final payment.
What are the delivery terms and lead time?
We offer EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU. Delivery typically takes 45 to 55 days after receiving your advance payment, depending on order volume.
Can you produce from samples?
Yes, we can manufacture based on your physical samples or technical drawings, including the creation of new molds and fixtures.
What is your sample policy?
We can supply samples if parts are in stock, provided the customer covers the sample cost and courier fees.
