The Process:

• All parts such as the gutter section, back section, center bands, beat seat bands and flanges are machined by state-of-the-art CNC machines.
• All weld beads must be inspected by ultrasonic detection; magnetic and X-ray are used for key weld beads if required.
• Each wheel is cleaned by sandblasting before painting. Painted with epoxy resin electrophoretic primer or base coat, a topcoat (powder and wet) to OEM specification.
