Each set of wheels are meticulously designed, engineered, and crafted in our factory with over 16 years of combined forged wheel experience. Each order goes through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) testing to ensure the most optimal combination of lightweight, durability, and strength.
STRENGTH & LOAD RATING
Load ratings range from 1500 pounds for racing up to 3,500 pounds for trucks and SUVs. These are verified by cornering fatigue, radial fatigue and impact tests. Produced from the highest quality 6061 T alloy.
WHEEL BLANK & SPIN-FORGING
The forging process uses high pressure and temperature to change the grain structure to high integrity multi-directional forgings. The result is "premium strength".
LATHE TURNING & PRECISION MILLING
Raw forging is lathe-turned to create a profile that maximizes concavity, removing over 70% of material for weight reduction. Milling paths can take up to 8 hours per wheel to achieve utmost precision.
