What is the typical production lead time?
We provide 3D drawings for approval first. Once confirmed, the normal production cycle for one-piece wheels is 15-20 days, and 25-30 days for 2/3-piece wheels.
What is the quality guarantee for these wheels?
We offer a two-year quality warranty. Each wheel is made of T6061 aviation aluminum alloy with 10,000 tons of forging pressure and processed by high-precision CNC machines. Products comply with JWL/VIA standards.
What kind of packaging is used?
Generally, wheels are packed in neutral white or brown cartons. We also offer customization of the carton design with customer logos upon request.
What documents are provided for customs clearance?
We provide the Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin to facilitate the customs declaration process.
